All brand new, same building as the grand hotel billa (different wing, we also had samr checkin). Excellent room, perfect bed and very nice spa. And even better, with the 20eur vooucher for the casino, we won back the cost of the hotel !
As we arrived we were greeted with warmth and friendly attitude. each member of staff always had a smile and you were always given a positive response. the décor of the hotel was top notch which again made you feel special.

Beautiful hotel and spa. The rooms are spacious and modern, the service is excellent and the surroundings are amazing. I visited this hotel many times and have never been disappointed. The spa service is worth going.
The staff is great and very helpful in all kind of matters. Children are very welcome and so nicely treated. During holidays the hotel offers a child care program from 11 am to 11 pm and the supervisors do outstanding projects with the kids.
The structure was amazing, the room was beautiful and confortable. And i really enjoyed the breakfast.
Lovely and stylist hotel, great breakfast. Good location for skiing some traveling needed for the nearest slopes. Staff very professional and helpful.
This Brilliant hotel we will visit again. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful the breakfast was on point and the 10 minute walk to the town centre had some cinematic views. It’s set back in the mountain which gives a great look over the Aosta valley.
